Booking your stay

Which means of payment are accepted and can I pay in instalments?

Our terms are as follows:

  • 50% deposit on booking (payable online by credit card only)
  • The balance is due 30 days before your arrival.

The balance may be paid online by credit card, by bank transfer, cheque or ANCV vouchers.

What services are included?

If you are staying with us between march and november, your booking includes:

  • Admission to the park for each day of your stay
  • Dinner (excluding drinks) and breakfast (excluding options)
  • Towels and bed linen

If you are staying with us in the winter, between december and march, your booking includes:

  • Admission to the park for each day of your stay
  • Welcome reception (afternoon tea or pre-dinner drinks), dinner (including drinks), breakfast (delivered to your lodge) and lunch
  • Towels and bed linen

I’ve already booked. How can I add options?

I would like to make a group booking for a corporate or private event. How do I go about it?

I wanted to book one of the lodges with views of the wolves but there is no availability. How dI know when bookings re-open?

Contact and leave us your email address. We'll let you know if there is a cancellation and/or when booking reopens. Have you checked out our other lodges? A stay elsewhere in the park would be just as fun!

Staying with us

What time can I arrive?

To make the most of your stay with us,

  • We recommend arriving as soon as the park opens at 10:00. If you arrive before the park closes at 6 pm or 7 pm (depending on the season), we will be happy to greet you and show you to your accommodation.
  • Should you plan to arrive after hours, you will be given a number to call and a member of staff will greet you.
  • Dinner will not be served after 8.30 pm. A picnic will be provided for you to enjoy in your accommodation.

What time dI need to check out?

Please vacate your accommodation by 11 am on your day of departure.
You may stay in the park until closing time.

Gift vouchers

I would like to give a gift voucher. How do I go about it?

  • I would like to gift a break with the wolves (fixed date): please book in the ordinary way, including family composition, dates and services. When you get to the confirmation stage, you will be asked if the booking is for a gift. Follow the instructions to finalize your order.
    Gift vouchers are valid for the dates booked. Bookings may be altered up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival, subject to availability. The new booking must fall in the same season as the original. Vouchers may not be transferred to another season. Dates are stipulated on the gift voucher. To change the date of your wolf gift voucher, email or call +33 (0)3 87 03 92 05. Remember to mention your booking number.
  • I would like to gift a stay with an open date (valid for the barn, the black bear river lodges, the deer lodges and the tree houses) or a gift voucher: go to the "gift voucher" section of our website and follow the step-by-step guide. Give a gift pack or voucher for your chosen amount.
    Validity and booking:
    • Gift vouchers are valid for two years from date of purchase.
    • Recipients of a gift voucher may book a stay on
      Gift packs for a particular area may be transferred to another area. Recipients may choose to upgrade their stay and pay the difference and will also be liable for any price increases that incur their booking is registered. See the rates page for details:
